The Christensen Arms MCR is a bolt-action rifle chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor, with a 22" barrel and a 1:8 twist. Under the carbon fiber wrap sits a 416R stainless steel core that is button rifled, match chambered and free floating, so the barrel does not touch the stock. The muzzle is threaded 5/8x24 for suppressor use and wears a removable stainless steel RFR brake, so you can keep the brake on or take it off. The receiver is a precision-machined Christensen Arms action with a Remington 700-style footprint, so it takes a standard Rem 700 optic base under its 20 MOA rail.
An adjustable TriggerTech trigger lets you set the pull to your preference, and the skeletonized bolt handle carries an oversized knob that is easy to grab when you cycle the action. The FFT carbon fiber stock has a cheek riser you raise or lower with a push button, plus length-of-pull spacers, so you can fit the rifle to your eye position behind the scope and to your clothing. The forearm has M-LOK slots along its whole length, a forward Picatinny section, and QD attachment points at both the front and rear for a bipod, tripod interface or sling. A detachable magazine feeds the action with 3 rounds, and the hybrid grip helps you stay in control from prone, seated, kneeling or an improvised rest.
