The BAD-MRK-PK3 gives an AR-15 lower true ambidextrous magazine control. At its heart is the BAD-EMC-AMBI catch, investment cast from heat-treated 8620 steel by the same process as mil-spec parts, with an enlarged paddle that gives a positive feel under the trigger finger and sits offset from the bolt catch to prevent unintended releases. The skeletonized catch trims weight, and its two-piece design with a pivot pin and spring will not pivot and mar the lower receiver wall.

The kit is completed with a catch spring and the BAD-EMR-B enhanced release, CNC machined from billet 7075-T6 aluminum with a solid V-shaped face and horizontal serrations for a sure press with no through hole. It drops into any AR-15 style lower that takes a mil-spec magazine catch, and the catch also works with the BAD-EMR, BAD-EMMR and mil-spec style buttons.
