The boat tail hollow point carries a 0.83 G1 and 0.47 G7 ballistic coefficient, and it leaves a 32" barrel at 3005 FPS with 9,062.5 ft-lbs of muzzle energy, so it holds velocity and bucks wind far past where most cartridges run out of steam.
