The Hush Puppy Glock 19X is an extended-capacity evolution of the original Hush Puppy Glock platform, designed as a dedicated pistol and suppressor system built for specialized applications. Inspired by historically quiet handgun concepts such as the Welrod and modern integrally suppressed platforms, this configuration blends modern Glock reliability with advanced sound-reduction technology for a discreet and purpose-driven package.

Unlike traditional manually-operated suppressed pistols, the Hush Puppy Glock 19X maintains full semiautomatic capability while offering the option to mechanically lock the slide. Engaging the slide-lock switch prevents the slide from cycling and retains the spent casing, significantly reducing the firearm’s sound signature. When the switch is disengaged, the pistol immediately returns to standard semiautomatic operation.

The pistol is factory-equipped with an Aimpoint ACRO P-2 red dot sight mounted deeply within the slide. This precision milling lowers the optic profile compared to standard MOS mounting, allowing the optic to co-witness with low-profile iron sights while maintaining a streamlined and durable setup. Even with the suppressor attached, the overall length remains manageable—comparable to a Glock 34—making it suitable for a variety of carry methods including AIWB, IWB, OWB, or off-body carry.

Paired with the pistol is the compact Hush Puppy suppressor, engineered to deliver impressive sound suppression in an extremely small form factor. Measuring just three inches in length, the suppressor is designed to function reliably without the need for a booster or Nielsen device. It incorporates replaceable wipes that maximize suppression performance, and users can introduce ablative media between wipes to further enhance sound reduction when needed.
