The Apex Tactical Action Enhancement Trigger For Springfield XD-S Mod.2 Red is a purpose-built upgrade for shooters who want a cleaner, more predictable trigger on their XD-S Mod.2 9mm pistol. This drop-in kit pairs the Apex action enhancement trigger with a dedicated grip safety spring, replacing the factory polymer components with a refined aluminum trigger shoe designed for smoother operation and improved control.

Optimized specifically for Springfield XD-S Mod.2 9mm pistols, this kit reduces trigger pull weight to approximately 5.0–5.5 pounds while maintaining factory safety values. The result is a smoother uptake, a more distinct reset, and a crisp break that supports confident shooting at the range, during training, or for everyday carry. Apex is widely respected for thoughtful engineering and consistent quality across its aftermarket handgun parts.
