The MPW is AAC's current AR-pattern rifle family, and this configuration is the full-length 5.56 NATO version with a 16.00" barrel and the longest handguard in the 5.56 line. The 16.00" barrel is 4150 CMV steel with an FNC coating and a 1:7 twist that stabilizes heavier 5.56 projectiles, and an AAC Blackout flash hider caps the muzzle.

A 13.00" AAC ARX free-float handguard gives plenty of rail space for a light, laser and support-hand position without touching the barrel. A 2-stage trigger, an ambidextrous safety and a Magpul SK-K stock round out the controls, and the rifle ships with one 30-round magazine in a black anodized finish.
