The A.R.M.S. AR-15 Flip-Up Adjustable 40L Low Profile Rear Sight Black is a compact, precision-engineered backup iron sight built to integrate cleanly on any flat-top AR-15 receiver. Combining a rugged aluminum base with steel apertures and hardware, this low profile #40L sight folds flat when not in use and springs up instantly via a non-snagging lever for a clear, repeatable sight picture. Dual apertures are calibrated to work with A2-height front sights and standard optics, delivering dependable alignment and fine windage adjustment in ¾ MOA clicks.

This rear sight is ideal for shooters who want a reliable, mechanical aiming solution for range work, training, and general rifle use when optics are not available or as a co-witnessed backup. Its slim footprint minimizes interference with cases and gear while maintaining a stable mount on Picatinny receiver rails. With carefully machined components and a durable matte black finish, the 40L reflects A.R.M.S.’ focus on practical design and long-term reliability.
