Road to 50K Sweepstakes – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The Road to 50K Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Blackstone Shooting Sports, 2001 Wilkinson Blvd, Charlotte, North Carolina 28208 ("Sponsor"). Taran Tactical Innovations ("TTI") and Trijicon, Inc. are not sponsors of the Sweepstakes.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry and who are legally permitted under all applicable federal, state, and local laws to purchase, receive, and possess a handgun. To be eligible to win, an entrant must be a current subscriber of Sponsor's YouTube channel at the time of the applicable drawing.

Residents of the following states and jurisdictions are NOT eligible: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and all U.S. territories and possessions. (Alaska and Hawaii are outside the 48 contiguous United States and are therefore also not eligible.)

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, TTI, Trijicon, Inc., Elevate Creative, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each, are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. Agreement to Official Rules

By entering, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, and you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

4. Sweepstakes Period and Subscriber Milestone

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on October 7, 2026. The end of the Sweepstakes Period depends on whether Sponsor's YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/@Blackstoneshooting) reaches 50,000 subscribers (the "Milestone") by 11:59 PM ET on November 17, 2026:

• If the Milestone is reached on or before 11:59 PM ET on November 17, 2026: the Sweepstakes Period ends at 11:59 PM ET on November 17, 2026, and the winner will receive the Grand Prize and the Bonus Trip described in Section 6.

• If the Milestone is not reached by 11:59 PM ET on November 17, 2026: the Sweepstakes Period continues and ends at 11:59 PM ET on December 31, 2026, and the winner will receive the Grand Prize only (no Bonus Trip).

Whether and when the Milestone is reached will be determined solely by Sponsor based on the subscriber count shown in YouTube Studio, and Sponsor's determination is final. All entries must be received by the applicable end date and time. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

5. How to Enter

Visit https://blackstoneshooting.com/sandvipergiveaway and complete the entry form with all required information, and confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements. Subscribing to Sponsor's YouTube channel alone does not submit an entry. An entrant may submit the form before subscribing, but must be a current subscriber at the time of the applicable drawing to be eligible to win.

Bonus Entries. After submitting a valid entry, you may earn additional entries by completing actions shown on the entry form, such as social media actions or referring friends. The number of entries available for each action, and how often each action may be completed, is shown on the entry form. Referral entries are awarded only when a referred person submits a valid, eligible entry. Apart from the subscription requirement for winning, bonus actions are optional and are not required to enter or win.

You may not use multiple email addresses, identities, devices, or any automated means to enter more than permitted. Incomplete entries, entries that do not comply with these Official Rules, and entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries, and any content an entrant submits or posts in connection with the Sweepstakes, must comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines (https://www.youtube.com/t/community_guidelines); entries that do not comply will be disqualified.

6. Prizes

Grand Prize (awarded in all cases)

• One (1) new TTI Sand Viper pistol with a Trijicon SRO red dot optic installed. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $8,200.

Grand Prize ARV: $8,200.

Bonus Trip (awarded only if the Milestone is reached by 11:59 PM ET on November 17, 2026)

• One (1) hard case signed by Taran Butler.

• Round-trip airfare for the winner and one (1) guest from a major commercial airport near the winner's eligible state of residence, as selected by Sponsor, to Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT), arriving Friday, November 20, 2026 and departing Sunday, November 22, 2026.

• Two (2) nights' hotel accommodations (one standard room, double occupancy, room rate and taxes only) in the Charlotte, NC area, November 20–22, 2026.

• Admission for the winner and guest to the TTI Range Day at Sponsor's location on Saturday, November 21, 2026, where the Grand Prize will be presented.

Bonus Trip estimated ARV: approximately $3,200. This is Sponsor's good-faith estimate; the actual value will vary with the winner's departure city, airfare, and hotel rates at the time of booking.

Total ARV of all prizes: up to approximately $11,400 ($8,200 if the Milestone is not reached).

Bonus Trip conditions

The Bonus Trip is for the winner and one (1) guest. The guest must be at least twenty-one (21) years old, must travel on the same itinerary as the winner, and must sign a Liability and Publicity Release before travel; if the guest does not travel, the guest's portion of the Bonus Trip is forfeited with no substitution or compensation. Airline, flights, and hotel are selected by Sponsor. Meals, ground transportation (including travel between the airport, the hotel, and Sponsor's location), incidentals, gratuities, baggage fees, seat upgrades, travel insurance, and all expenses not expressly listed above are the winner's sole responsibility. Travel dates are fixed and may not be changed. The winner and guest must each have valid government-issued photo identification for air travel. If the winner cannot travel on the dates specified, the Bonus Trip will be forfeited with no substitution or compensation, but the winner will still receive the Grand Prize. If the winner resides within 100 miles of Charlotte, NC, airfare will not be provided and no substitute will be awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for flight cancellations, delays, or other travel disruptions. Attendance at the TTI Range Day requires signing Sponsor's standard range waiver and following all range safety rules; Sponsor may remove any person for unsafe or disruptive conduct without compensation. Taran Butler's appearance is subject to his availability; if he is unable to attend, Sponsor or its designee will present the Grand Prize and no compensation will be awarded.

General prize terms

The ARVs stated are Sponsor's good-faith estimates; any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value will not be awarded. Prizes are nontransferable. No cash or other substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. The pistol and optic are provided new and are covered only by their manufacturers' warranties; Sponsor makes no other warranty, express or implied. Ammunition is not included.

Taxes on prizes are the winner's responsibility. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the prizes, and the winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before any prize is awarded.

7. Firearm Transfer

The pistol will be transferred only through a federally licensed firearms dealer ("FFL") located in the winner's state of residence, selected by the winner and acceptable to Sponsor. The winner must complete ATF Form 4473, pass a National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) check, and satisfy any state or local background check, waiting period, permit, license, registration, safety-training, or eligibility-card requirement that applies to the acquisition of the pistol in the winner's jurisdiction.

The presentation of the pistol at the TTI Range Day is ceremonial. The pistol will not be handed over to the winner at the event unless the winner is a North Carolina resident who completes the transfer at Sponsor's licensed premises; otherwise, the pistol will be shipped to the winner's FFL after the event. Sponsor will pay shipping to the winner's FFL and the FFL's standard transfer fee. The winner is responsible for any state or local fees, permits, or licenses.

The winner is solely responsible for confirming that they may lawfully receive and possess the pistol in their state and locality. Sponsor may modify the pistol's configuration (including providing magazines of reduced capacity) as needed to comply with the laws of the winner's jurisdiction, and the pistol will not be transferred in any configuration, or with any magazine, that is prohibited in the winner's jurisdiction as of the date of transfer. If the pistol cannot lawfully be transferred to the winner in any configuration (including because of a change in law between the drawing and the transfer), the winner fails or is denied a background check, or the winner does not complete the transfer within sixty (60) days after Sponsor ships the pistol to the winner's FFL, the pistol will be forfeited, no cash or other substitute will be awarded, and Sponsor may award the pistol to an alternate winner. Sponsor may decline to transfer the pistol to any person it reasonably believes is prohibited from receiving or possessing a firearm.

8. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, conducted by Sponsor or its designee:

• If the Milestone is reached: on November 18, 2026.

• If the Milestone is not reached: on January 5, 2027.

One (1) Grand Prize (and, if the Milestone is reached, one (1) Bonus Trip) will be awarded. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

9. Winner Notification and Verification

If the Milestone is reached: the potential winner will be notified by email or phone on November 18, 2026, and must respond within twenty-four (24) hours of Sponsor's first notification attempt. The potential winner must return a signed Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release, IRS Form W-9, a copy of valid government-issued photo ID, and a Liability and Publicity Release signed by the winner's guest by 5:00 PM ET on November 19, 2026. If an alternate winner must be selected, the alternate will receive the Grand Prize and will also receive the Bonus Trip if the alternate is verified in time for Sponsor to complete travel arrangements for the November 20–22, 2026 travel dates; if not, the Bonus Trip will not be awarded to anyone.

If the Milestone is not reached: the potential winner will be notified by email and, if provided, phone within 24 hours after the drawing, must respond within 24 hours of Sponsor's first notification attempt, and must return the documents listed above within seven (7) days of receiving them.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond or return the required documents on time, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate winner, up to a maximum of three (3) alternates. Sponsor is not responsible for a winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings, or for incorrect or non-functioning contact information. Receipt of any prize is conditioned on compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and these Official Rules. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY A WINNER (AT SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION AND FORFEITURE OF ALL PRIZES.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's permission for Sponsor and its agents, licensees, successors, and assigns to use the winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, and statements about the Sweepstakes, including photographs and video taken at the TTI Range Day, in any media now known or later developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without further notice, review, approval, or compensation.

11. Email Communications and Use of Phone Number

By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from Sponsor. You may opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. The email address and phone number (if any) you provide will be used to contact you about the Sweepstakes, including winner notification.

12. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if a virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond its control corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In that case, Sponsor may select the winner from all eligible entries received before the action taken. Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website, or who violates these Official Rules. Sponsor may void entries for any reason consistent with maintaining the integrity of the Sweepstakes, including multiple entries from the same person in excess of the limit, or entries submitted through bots, macros, scripts, or other automated means.

ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY VIOLATE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

13. Limitation of Liability and Release

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, TTI, Trijicon, Inc., and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any and all liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) your participation in the Sweepstakes; (ii) your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion of it, including the pistol; (iii) any travel or activity related to the Bonus Trip, including participation in the TTI Range Day; (iv) technical failures of any kind, including the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software; (v) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmission, telephone, or Internet service; (vi) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; or (vii) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries.

14. Disputes and Governing Law

These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. As a condition of participating, you agree that any dispute or cause of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in North Carolina having jurisdiction. In any such dispute, you will not be permitted to obtain awards for, and you waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including attorneys' fees, other than your actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes), and you waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

15. Privacy

Sponsor collects the information you submit with your entry (name, email address, phone number if provided, state of residence, and date of birth) to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, select, contact, and verify the winner, award prizes, and send marketing emails as described in Section 11. The winner's information will be shared with the transferring FFL and with travel providers only as needed to award the prizes. All information is otherwise handled under Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://blackstoneshooting.com/privacy-policy/.

16. Winner's Name

To obtain the winner's name, send an email to support@blackstoneshooting.com with the subject line "Road to 50K Sweepstakes Winner" within sixty (60) days after the applicable drawing date.

17. Platform Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, Google, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), Pinterest, or LinkedIn. By entering, you release each of them from any liability related to the Sweepstakes. You are providing your information to Sponsor, not to any of these platforms.

18. Trademarks

TTI, Taran Tactical Innovations, Sand Viper, Trijicon, and SRO are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the prize. Their use does not imply any sponsorship or endorsement of the Sweepstakes except as expressly stated in these Official Rules.
