The CMMG Banshee suppressed upper group is a 9mm package built around a 6.5" barrel with a 1:10 twist, MT contour and 4140CM nitride construction. It runs a Fixed Ejector Radial Delayed Blowback operating system, and the included ZEROED 36 suppressor sits inside the handguard. The muzzle is threaded 1/2 x 28 and carries the ZEROED 36 as its muzzle device.

The upper receiver is a Mk4 PCC fixed-ejector design machined from 6061 T6 aluminum and finished in Cerakote. The 11" M-LOK handguard has a 1.72 inch inner diameter to house the suppressor, and a CMMG ZEROED Ambi charging handle allows operation from either side. The upper is compatible with Mk4, MkGs and Mk17 lower receivers. CMMG advises verifying clearance before mounting M-LOK accessories near the suppressor, since shortened mounting screws may be needed.
